Producing and Packaging Your Proposal

Step 4 was about providing the right information to create a successful case for funding. Step 5 is about delivery: writing and displaying the information in a way that can be quickly absorbed. Ideally, your reader will not have to work too hard to understand your main points. This can be done with good technical writing skills, good visual presentation, and production of an attractive, complete final copy. Each of these elements is discussed below.
