Enhancements

Improved Output Options

The OHPP has new output options. It now allows you to create an MS Word document with one, some or all of your worksheets (from any or all of the Classic OHPP, OBCC and Project Management Tools). Create different combinations for different audiences! Share. Discuss. Update.

Plus! The new output options now allow users to print a blank version of any or all worksheets and scorecards. (Click the image below to enlarge)

Editing Existing Plans and Version Control

The OHPP now has two additional features that make it easier to update/edit plans you are working on and manage different versions of your plan.

Many worksheets that bring forward information from previous OHPP worksheets now have a 'REFRESH' option that allows you to clear out the worksheet, bring forward newly edited information from previous worksheets and start clean.

Worried about losing your old draft? Never fear. We have now added a 'COPY YOUR PLAN' feature to your plans list. Before making substantial edits to any plan (e.g., refreshing a worksheet to start over), just make a copy of the plan and save it under a new name so that you will always be able to see your previous drafts.

Share Your Ideas

It has long been one of our goals to be able to improve our planning tools based on the collective knowledge of our users. As you are working through worksheets 2A and 2B of the Online Business Case Creator you will notice that you will be asked whether you are willing to share the ideas in your plan about how to minimize risks or maximize benefits. This very exciting option will allow us (with your permission) to add options to our multiple choice menus based on ideas from the field.

Share One of Your Plans with Someone Else

Save time by building on someone else's good work! Did you know that we can make a copy of one or more of your plans and transfer it into someone else's account? Just write us at any time to tell us which plan you would like to share, and with whom, and we will make it happen.

The OHPP allows users to import possible actions from the Canadian Best Practices Portal (Public Health Agency of Canada). Try it! See worksheet 2.4 for details.
