THCU has been working with community partners to develop a library of sample program plans based on the Ontario Public Health Standards (OPHS) and Guidance Documents. We are now ready to launch the Think and Drive sample plan. Many more will be launched over the next six weeks. At this webinar, THCU consultants will explain how to view, import and adapt the sample plan for your own purposes. Representatives from Niagara Region and the Ontario Injury Prevention Resource Centre will be on hand to answer questions related to the content of the sample plan. Now Available: Library of Sample Program Plans Based on the Ontario Public Health Standards and Guidance Documents at www.thcu.ca/ohpp/plan_library.cfm These sample plans are designed to be a starting point for Ontario Health Promotion practitioners working on similar topics, or with similar audiences. By importing a sample plan into your OHPP account, you can save time, and develop a more comprehensive, evidence based plan for your own community.
