Sustainability workshop (1 day)

Description of workshop
This workshop will explore four elements of community-based health
promotion work: sustaining programs, sustaining the health promotion
issue on various "agendas", sustaining the changes that have
already occurred and sustaining a partnership. It is ideally suited to
groups or teams that work on time-limited projects with defined
resource support. A workbook will be used to inform and guide small
group work that is focused on case studies specifically designed for
the workshop audience. Participants will leave with a theoretical
basis in the concept of sustainability, examples of the concepts
having been applied and worksheets to assist local coalitions,
networks, teams or individuals utlize the concepts.
